With winter coming to an end now is the perfect time to get out to Boatfalls and see just how good it is looking. With lots of building activity getting underway there is plenty to see. Sales have continued to progress well at Boatfalls as more people discover the real opportunity for a better living environment. We now only have 2 lots available in stages 1 & 2 so stage #3 is now commencing. Deals to clear the last of the early stages can be negotiated with serious buyers. Stage #3 has some lovely lots each with its own unique appeal. Some with lots of trees and others cleared for grazing but all with ideal building sites.One larger lot ideal for horses with large creek flats is also available in this stage, these type of lots have always sold fast so if you are interested an early inspection is recommended.
