April ’16 – Massive price reductions.

June ’16

Going ,Going, GONE! Stages 1, 2 & 3 are now sold out. Some smart buyers got in quickly to take advantage of the great discounts on the final lots. Stage 4 & 5 are complete and now waiting on titles to be registered. Two lots have already sold which shows what good value these properties are. Settlement will be available around the end of August if all goes to plan so now is the time to get out and have a look around. We have a good variety of premium rural lots available of various sizes. There are a few nice horsey blocks backing on to the state forest which normally sell quite quickly.
