Development Progress

As expected with spring has come a lot of new sales enquiry. Lot 107 has been sold which only leaves 3 lots available in stage #1 and 3 Lots in stage #2. We do still have one acerage lot adjoining the state forest, it is highly pasture improved and perfect for the horse lover.This is the last lot with direct forest access. The developers are still keen to clear more lots now and will offer incentives for genuine buyers ready to purchase. The picture below shows Lot 203. Lush creek flats with great improved pasture. The block has an elevated building site with a lovely outlook over the property and forest.

Sales have continued to progress well at Boatfalls as more people discover the real opportunity for a better living environment. We now only have 2 lots available in stages 1 & 2 so stage #3 is now commencing. Deals to clear the last of the early stages can be negotiated with serious buyers. Stage #3 has some lovely lots each with its own unique appeal. Some with lots of trees and others cleared for grazing but all with ideal building sites.One larger lot ideal for horses with large creek flats is also available in this stage, these type of lots have always sold fast so if you are interested an early inspection is recommended.
