Going ,Going, GONE! Stages 1, 2 & 3 are now sold out. Some smart buyers got in quickly to take advantage of the great discounts on the final lots. Stage 4 & 5 are complete and now waiting on titles to be registered. Two lots have already sold which shows what good value these properties are. Settlement will be available around the end of August if all goes to plan so now is the time to get out and have a look around. We have a good variety of premium rural lots available of various sizes. There are a few nice horsey blocks backing on to the state forest which normally sell quite quickly. Serious buyers are advised to secure their property before the spring rush.

Plans for stages 4 & 5 are now registered so no delays with settlements. All these great new release Lots are mowed and ready for you to inspect. The lots in these stages are very quiet, away from the main road with lovely outlooks. Some adjoin the State Forest and are ideal for the horse owner. With the recent road improvements connecting to the highway Boatfalls is more convenient than ever. Come for a drive and check it out!

Stage #6 We always knew Boatfalls would become the most popular local rural lifestyle area but even we have been surprised by the amazing demand. All 12 lots in stage #6 have been sold off the plan before we have even finished construction.

Final stages We only have 17 Lots left in the final stages and due to the unprecedented demand we have brought forward our construction timetable to satisfy the demand. Construction on the final stages will be starting soon so NOW is the time to register your interest if you want us to save a block for you. These will be some of the biggest and best Lots at Boatfalls and once they are sold there will be no more.

The Final stage is almost finished and is looking great. The new road has been sealed and we will be working on the landscaping and fencing over the next months. This stage is at the end of the road so offers wonderful privacy with no through traffic. Surrounded by large areas of trees these spacious lots are proving very popular with 7 already sold of the plan. This is our last land release at Boatfalls and there is nothing much in the pipeline around Clarence Town so we would expect prices to continue to rise. If you are ready to make the move now is the time. Boatfalls…it’s good to be home.
