The Final stage is almost finished and is looking great. The new road has been sealed and we will be working on the landscaping and fencing over the next months. This stage is at the end of the road so offers wonderful privacy with no through traffic. Surrounded by large areas of trees these spacious lots are proving very popular with 7 already sold of the plan. This is our last land release at Boatfalls and there is nothing much in the pipeline around Clarence Town so we would expect prices to continue to rise. If you are ready to make the move now is the time. Boatfalls…it’s good to be home.
